How Does KoWorks work?

KoWorks is a platform that helps you monetise your under-utilised community space. By listing your space on our platform, you can attract a variety of individuals and groups who are looking for an inspiring space to work remotely. All you need is an under-utilised community space with access to power, internet and is surrounded by nature to start earning.

Starting a listing is completely free and easy - simply complete our signup form and one of our friendly KoWorks Community Managers will personally contact you to guide you through the setup process. From booking photography, ordering furniture and marketing to your local community, we’re here to make setup a breeze!.

Is my community space a fit?

KoWorks is open to a wide variety of community spaces, from small meeting rooms to larger event spaces. As long as your space is unique, functional, and has the potential to attract individuals and groups in need of a space for their work activities, it could be a great fit for KoWorks.

Do I have to pay for the KoWorks furniture?

As a KoWorks Host, you don't need to pay for the KoWorks popup, modular furniture. We provide this furniture to all our Hosts free of charge, to help you create a functional and welcoming space for KoWorks members and guests.

Our furniture is modular, meaning you can easily configure it to suit your space and activity needs. We provide a variety of furniture pieces, including tables, chairs, and storage units, and our team will work with you to ensure you have everything you need to create a great guest experience.

By providing this furniture, we aim to make it as easy as possible for you to get started with KoWorks and start generating revenue from your community space.

Does my community space need to provide staff?

We understand that community spaces are often focused on their primary business or mission, and KoWorks serves as a valuable source of passive income. That's why we provide a dedicated Community Manager to handle the day-to-day management of KoWorks for our Hosts.

Our Community Manager takes care of everything from listing and marketing your space, to managing the booking process, to handling communications with guests. This means you don't have to worry about managing the logistics of KoWorks, and can instead focus on your primary business or mission.

By providing a Community Manager, we aim to make it as easy as possible for our Hosts to start generating revenue from their community space with minimal effort. You can trust that your KoWorks space is in good hands, and enjoy the benefits of a passive income stream without the added workload.

What about existing community hirers?

We understand that existing community hirers are an important part of your space, and we want to work synergistically with them to create a thriving community. In fact, many of our Hosts have found that KoWorks can complement their existing community hirers by bringing in new people, ideas and collaborations.

Our platform is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your space's existing schedule and operations. We work with you to determine the best times and days to open up your space for KoWorks, while ensuring that your existing community hirers are not impacted.

Additionally, our Community Manager is available to help coordinate with your existing community hirers, and ensure that their bookings are not impacted by KoWorks operations.
